The course combines stunning Himalayan backdrops with challenging technical trails that weave through alpine terrain, steep climbs, rocky ridges and ancient high-altitude passes:

- Jagatsukh — village start area near Manali
- Banhara → Tilgan → Souroutoo — scenic alpine trails
- Sethan Dome summit — a key high point with panoramic valley views
- Phiyang Niru → Jobri → Chikka → Jwara → Hamta Pass — integrated route segments for the 25 km and 50 km categories
