About the Race
The Bhopal Triathlon 2026, also known as the Sardar Patel LOH PURUSH 70.3 Triathlon & Olympic Duathlon, is a premier endurance event set in Bhopal that brings together swimming, cycling, and running challenges in a single exhilarating race experience. Organized by Bhopal Runners, a not-for-profit community dedicated to promoting active lifestyles, this race celebrates strength, resilience, and the spirit of athletic adventure.
Why Run It
- Ultimate Physical Challenge: Push your limits across three demanding disciplines — swim, bike, and run — in a structured, competitive event.
- Health & Achievement: Completing a triathlon is a powerful personal milestone that builds endurance, strength, and confidence.
- Community & Camaraderie: Join a vibrant community of athletes and supporters who value fitness and personal growth.
What Makes It Unique
This event stands out by offering both a Half Ironman–distance triathlon (70.3) and a standard Olympic duathlon, bringing multi-sport racing to central India with a focus on inclusivity, challenge, and celebration. Bhopal’s scenic city routes and lakeside settings make this a memorable experience for both first-timers and seasoned multisport athletes alike.
