Note:

– Registration Ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable.

1. We need minimum registration for Elite & Amateur Categories. If there are a smaller number of registrations in Elite and Amateur, then both categories will be merged into Open Men.

2. We need a minimum of 10 participants on race day in the U-09, U-12, and U-16 kids categories. In cases of a lower number of participants, that category will be merged with next higher age category.

3. We need a minimum 6 participants on race day in the U-09, U-12 (Girls/Boys) and U-16 (Girls/Boys) Kids categories. In cases with a smaller number of participants, the boys and girls categories will be merged into the OPEN (Boys/Girls) category.

Note: The final decision rests with the organizers.

Category Details:

1. Women

2. Amateur

3. Elite

4. Under-18 Open (Age between 16+ to 18)

5. Under-16 BOYS/GIRLS (Age between 12+ to 16)

6. Under-12 BOYS/GIRLS (Age between 09+ to 12)

6. Under-09 BOYS/GIRLS (Age between 6+ to 09)

7. Under-06 Open

The U-06, U-09, U-12, U-16, and U-18 categories are common for both boys and girls (if there are fewer participants on race day) who are between the ages of 6+ to 09, 9+ to 12, 12+ to 16 and 16+ to 18.

Girls may opt for Women category also if they wish to.

– Photo and Birth date ID card mandatory.

– Its mandatory for the parent, guardian, or team manager to accompany the participants.

– parent, guardian, or team manager owns full responsibility for the safety of the participant. They will have to sign the indemnity form before the issue of the BIB, without which the participant will not be allowed to take part in the race.

Women: – Girls below the age of 18 may also opt for Women category if they wish to.

Amateur category is open to anybody who wants to race, irrespective of age.

U-06 Open: Participants ages should be less than 06 years. Parent/Guardian presence is a must. No restriction on type of bike (they can race with tricycle also 😛 ) (born on 18-Feb-2017 or after)

• – Riders are expected to be on self supported race mode, including mechanical fixing, flat fixing, carrying their own toolkit, towing of the cycle if required, etc.
• – Emergency ambulance support will be available Thanks to Sparsh Hospital and Spectrum Physio. You guys are awesome!

• – Riders are expected to read, understand and adhere to the rules of the race available on the website https://bbch.in/rules-and-regulations/
• – The race referee reserves the sole discretion to analyze any situation during the race and his opinion will be considered final
