After the success of HYFIT Games 1.0 earlier this year, where over 150+ athletes brought unmatched energy and community spirit, we’re back, bigger and stronger, with HYFIT Games 1.1 on 16th November
Get ready for a full day of competition, community, and fitness challenges.
Who is this for
Beginners to advanced participants – Everyone can take part! While the course is manageable for all, advanced participants can challenge themselves by completing it in the shortest time possible.
What it comprise: Strength, endurance, agility, balance and concentration.
Event Details
Date: 16th November 2025
Time: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Your exact wave/race time will be allotted 3–4 days before the event and can be anytime between 7 AM and 7 PM.)

Workout Stations
Each participant will complete the following sequence with a 200m run before every station:
Station 1 : Rowerg – 500m (All)
Station 2 : Deadlift – 20 reps
Male Open / Female Pro / Male Doubles / Mixed Doubles: 60kg
Male Pro: 80kg
Female Open / Female Doubles: 40kg
Station 3 : Box Jump Burpees – 20 reps
Male Open / Female Pro/ Male Doubles / Mixed Doubles : 24 Inch
Male Pro: 30 Inch
Female Open / Female Doubles: 20 Inch
Station 4 is a surprise station
Station 5 : Farmers Carry – 100m
Male Open / Female Pro / Male Doubles / Mixed Doubles: 25kg + 25kg
Male Pro: 30kg + 30kg
Female Open / Female Doubles: 15kg + 15kg
Station 6 : Wall Balls – 30 reps
Male Open / Female Pro / Male Doubles / Mixed Doubles: 5.4kg at 10ft (Male), 5.4kg at 9ft (Female)
Male Pro: 9kg at 10ft
Female Open / Female Doubles: 3.6kg at 9ft
Pro Category – Podium Cash Prizes
Top three athletes finishing on the podium will receive:
1st Podium – ₹7,000
2nd Podium – ₹5,000
3rd Podium – ₹3,000
