Tri2Champ’s Aquafest Open Championship returns to Kovalam Beach, Chennai — a Blue Flag beach on the Bay of Bengal — for triathlon, duathlon, and open water swimathon racing. Watch the sunrise over the sea as you push through the swim course, then ride and run your way to the finish.

Sprint Triathlon 750m sea swim · 20km cycle · 5km run Minimum age: 16 years

Olympic Triathlon 1.5km sea swim · 40km cycle · 10km run Minimum age: 18 years

Duathlon 10km run · 40km cycle · 5km run Minimum age: TBC

Swimathon Open water sea swim distances including 750m, 1km, 2km, 3km, 5km Open to age groups from 9 years upward
