The Bhatti Mines Ultra 2026 is a thrilling trail-running experience hosted by Trail Femmes – India’s leading trail running community focused on inclusivity, adventure, and sustainability. Set in the Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary on the edge of Delhi–NCR, this event offers runners a unique opportunity to explore rugged wilderness trails just outside the city.
Whether you’re a trail-running beginner or an experienced ultra enthusiast, this race delivers scenic beauty, challenging terrain, and a community-driven atmosphere built around strength, resilience and the joy of running in nature.

Race Categories & Distances
Bhatti Mines Ultra 2026 features three trail running distances to suit your experience and endurance level:
10K – Out and Back Trail
- Distance: ~10 km
- Elevation Gain: ~108 m
- Start Time: 6:25 AM
- Cut-off: 2 hrs 30 min
- Description: A great introduction to trail running – gentle forests, sandy paths and rocky patches make this a scenic yet stimulating run.
25K – The Trail Challenge
- Distance: ~25 km
- Elevation Gain: ~226 m
- Start Time: 6:20 AM
- Cut-off: ~4 hrs 30–4 hrs 45 min (age & gender adjustments available)
- Description: A full-loop course exploring deeper sections of the sanctuary – ideal for runners ready to test both endurance and trail skills.
50K – The Ultra Experience
- Distance: ~50 km (two loops of the 25K course)
- Elevation Gain: ~453 m
- Start Time: 6:15 AM
- Cut-off: ~10 hrs-10 hrs 30 min (with intermediate checkpoint cut-offs)
- Qualification Criteria: Must have completed a half marathon under 3 hrs, OR a marathon/ultra within official cut-off after 1 Jan 2024.
- Description: For experienced ultra runners – a mental and physical challenge that rewards persistence, strength and trail savvy.
Course & Terrain
Runners will navigate diverse landscapes in the Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary – including dense forests, sandy paths, rocky sections and open grasslands. The trails are known for their undulating terrain, mixing gentle climbs with steeper ascents and descents that test both stamina and trail technique. Wild fauna such as peacocks and native birdlife may be spotted along the route.

Event Rules & Guidelines
• Age Requirement: Participants must be 18+ on race day.
• Cut-offs: Strict adherence to cut-off times is required, especially for ultra category checkpoints.
• Hydration Support: For the 50K, carrying a minimum 2 L hydration pack is mandatory.
• Self-Support: Participants must carry their own primary hydration; aid stations provide refills.
• Access: Only registered runners are permitted in start/finish areas; no personal crew or pacers.
• Sustainability: This is a zero-waste event – runners must pack out any wrappers and dispose at aid stations.
• Conduct: A zero-tolerance rule for harassment and any form of misconduct on course.
• Safety: Runners must be fit and aware of trail risks; organizers’ decisions are final.
