The Kodagu Monsoon Half Marathon 2026 is one of India’s most unique and atmospheric running events — a destination race set in the lush, rain-soaked coffee estates of Kodagu (Coorg), Karnataka. Now in its 5th Edition, this event on 6 September 2026 invites runners to experience something no city marathon can offer — running through monsoon mist, exotic coffee plantations, and the rolling green hills of South India’s most beloved hill station.

Organised by NEB Sports, in association with Karaumbiah’s Academy for Learning and Sports (KALS) and Ashwini’s Sports Foundation (ASF), the Kodagu Monsoon Half Marathon is more than a race — it is a running destination experience you will talk about for years.

Run in the Rain Through Coffee Country

Kodagu is India’s coffee capital — a land of emerald plantations, misty hills, ancient temples, and a warrior culture that runs deep. Known the world over for its natural beauty and legendary hospitality, Coorg transforms into something truly magical during the monsoon season.

The Kodagu Monsoon Half Marathon puts you right in the middle of it. You will run through coffee estates dripping with rain, past lush green pastoral lands, and along roads that wind through one of the most scenic landscapes in the country. The rain is not an obstacle — it is the experience.

This is a race for runners who want more than a finish line. They want a memory.
